Refund Policy

At Biosxtech, we are committed to helping individuals and businesses grow through high-quality tech training and digital learning resources. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy explains how refunds are handled for courses and services purchased on our platform.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on eligible purchases if the following conditions are met:
For Online Courses:
You request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
You have not downloaded course materials or received a certificate.
For Subscriptions (if applicable):
Refunds are only available for first-time subscribers within 3 days of payment.
No more than one lesson/module must have been accessed.
For Custom Services (e.g. IT consulting, private training):
Custom services are non-refundable once work has begun.
You may cancel before the kickoff session for a partial refund (admin fee may apply).

Discounted course bundles
Downloadable products or resources
Certifications
Completed training or coaching sessions
Services labeled as "non-refundable"
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@biosxtech.com with the subject line:
Refund Request – [Your Course or Service Name]
Include:
Your full name
Email used to register
Order ID
Reason for the refund request
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Method
If your request is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Any processing fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Exceptions & Discretion
Biosxtech reserves the right to:
Deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria
Limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse
Offer course credits instead of refunds in some cases
